Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We don’t offer cancellations, returns, or size exchanges due to our limited, made-to-order production.

Damaged item
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing video, photos, and order ID. We'll verify and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

No. All orders must be prepaid. This ensures smoother operations during the preorder phase.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll get a tracking link via email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped.
